Noah's GHC Heavyweight Champion, Kaito Kiyomiya (28) has vowed to his father that he will defend his belt.

On January 1st of next year at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, he will face the "expose-type wrestler" OZAWA (28) in his eighth defense. Before the showdown, not only did the challenger expose that Kiyomiya had a girlfriend, with whom he lived, but he also posted pictures of him smoking and enjoying himself at a cabaret club on social media, making Kiyomiya suffer attacks that made him want to cover his eyes. However, at Korakuen Hall on the 19th, he managed to get revenge. With help from ALL REBELLION members, he defeated Ozawa, who had interfered in his singles match against YOSHI TATSU. He then said, "Of course I have a girlfriend! If I can't take care of a girlfriend, then there is no way I can take care of all the fans here, right?" These electrifying words were met with cheers.

Recently, Kiyomiya has found more reasons why he cannot afford to lose. The izakaya "Salaryman" in Akitsu, Higashimurayama, Tokyo, which is owned by his father, Akihiko, will close on the 29th. It is located immediately to the left after exiting the JR Shin-Akatsu Station, and as it's name suggests, it is a famous bar that is popular mainly among salarymen. Kiyomiya lowered his voice and said, "I used to use it a lot, so I'm sad. I originally joined Noah because I asked Ryuji Hijikata* for advice, but the person I spoke to was also a salaryman..." Even so, he clenched his fist and said, "I think that to my dad, the store is the same as the championship belt. I really respect the fact that he has protected something so important for so long. I want to make Noah prosperous and continue to protect the belt, just like my dad did as a salaryman!" However, the current situation is causing his father concern, the champion has vowed, "I want to win and show my father what I'm like as a champion, and put him at ease".

Will the champion be able to show his gratitude to his parents right at the start of the New Year?
