Omori Information
Omori, who had surgery on his right elbow on August 9th, appeared at the venue. He said, "Being beaten by Izumida was a good opportunity. I've been in bad shape since the beginning of the year, but in the surgery I had some ceramic with my picture on it put in. The Axe Bomber is now twice as powerful".
Noah information, and 19th August Ariake Digest
Cultural assets illuminated by cocktail lights! To see them, go to Differ Ariake.
Family Gundan* and the Bad Guy Company* enter illuminated by cocktail lights*. Even if Important Cultural Properties are given a flashy performance, it's not unpleasant at all. As long as there is a fusion of old and new, and harmony between tradition and new, there's no problem. Because the page is in black and white, I can't show you the lights, but I think you can still get a sense of the deep flavor that these members exude. The Important Cultural Properties continue to fight a weighty battle, steadily looking towards the 21st century.
Notes
Family Gundan: Originally a unit formed in All Japan Pro Wrestling in 1989 originally between Giant Baba and Rusher Kimura. In Noah in 2000 it was Rusher Kimura and Mitsuo Momota.
The Bad Guy Company: Haruka Eigen, Jun Izumida & Mighty Inoue (sometimes Tsuyoshi Kikuchi was a member).
Cocktail lights: The different colored laser beam lights you see at rock concerts or Baseball games.
Blurb notes
"Eigen's spit flies at Momota's punch. Ah, the beautiful Differ Ariake is getting dirty..."
Masaou Inoue won the match with an Argentine Backbreaker
