(NOAH) From the editorial department: Noah's October series will be a crucial moment to see if their slogans match up with reality!

Weekly Pro 17th October 2000
(Issue No. 999)

(The first half of the article talked, rather griped, about the Sydney Olympics, so I have cut this out as it is not relevant to Noah)

Pro Wrestling Noah, which will begin a full-scale series this October, has yet to come up with a clear slogan, but there have been several words that Misawa has spoken since the group's inception that could be called a slogan.
"I want people to say, "Wow, wrestling is amazing!"
"I want to create wrestling that is enjoyable for both wrestlers and spectators"
Pro wrestling is amazing.
Enjoy pro wrestling
These are phrases that perfectly represent Noah's basic attitude.
I hope Noah will put together a show that matches these two phrases with reality.
After eight shows since the launch, fans' attention is gradually shifting from celebrating the launch to a new focus. When visiting the provinces for the first time, there will likely still be a strong sense of introduction, but I think that is precisely why it is important for Noah to give a clear introduction.
For those who have left the bright, fun, and intense world of professional wrestling, the word "modern" alone cannot fully describe what evolutionary professional wrestling is like. I don't want to create magazine pages that bridge the gap between slogans and reality, and I have no intention of doing so, but I also don't want to actively create pages that expose the gap between ideals and reality. If we were to convey the truth, the reality would be exactly as the slogan states. It is precisely because Noah has set out with ideals in mind that we hope to build such a world.
I hope that Noah's October series will not leave readers feeling uneasy and that the phrase "Amazing Pro Wrestling, Enjoyable Pro Wrestling" will not become meaningless.
