DIRECTOR AOYAGI SENDS A FAX TO THE EDITORIAL DEPARTMENT
The fax sent to the editorial department by Director Aoyagi contained the following information:
"I, Masashi Aoyagi, driven by my pure desire as a martial artist, directly appealed to Mr. Mitsuharu Misawa, the representative and president of Pro Wrestling Noah Co., Ltd., at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium on September 25th, to participate in the event. As a result, I was granted permission to participate in the Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium tournament on October 11th, but President Misawa's statement that this participation was a "test run" remains deeply regrettable to me. Furthermore, despite the Aichi show card being announced in newspapers and magazines, the fact that my name was not listed anywhere has only deepened my pride as a fighter.
Therefore, in order to reclaim my wounded pride, I hereby declare my intention to participate in Noah once again, and I intend to go to the battlefield not alone, but together with my comrade, Akitoshi Saito. Accordingly, I request that Pro Wrestling Noah promptly announce the venues in which Saito and I will be competing, and that those who take on this challenge come prepared with the appropriate level of determination."
(The document was signed by both Director Aoyagi and Akitoshi Saito)

Meanwhile, Marufuji, who is now facing off against him, is taking a tough stance against Director Aoyagi's remarks.
"That guy's no good. They say it's just a costume change, but he's never even made it to All Japan, has he? Can't he even take a proper bump? Having Inoue as a partner is a waste. The younger wrestlers are enough; those guys aren't really needed (in Noah). They're just trying to make a name for themselves because they've faded into the background. Those guys are karate aren't they? They shouldn't be trying to incorporate pro wrestling into their act."
What will happen in Nagoya?

MITSUHARU MISAWA'S AUTOBIOGRAPHY PUBLISHED
Mitsuharu Misawa's first original autobiography, "Mitsuharu Misawa - Setting Sail" (Kobunsha, 1200 yen + tax), has been published. It covers everything from his upbringing, his passion for professional wrestling, behind-the-scenes stories from his Tiger Mask days, and the truth behind his departure from All Japan Pro Wrestling — topics that fans are curious about — to private matters such as marriage and raising children. Be sure to read it!

SAMURAI! This week's recommended programs.
Sasuke vs Marufuji: a highly anticipated dream match at Michinoku Pro, Ariake.
As autumn arrives, the season for professional wrestling arrives, Samurai! TV's programming is packed with exciting shows. The highlight of October's professional wrestling broadcasts on [BattleStation] will be the Michinoku Pro Wrestling event held at Differ Ariake on October 8th, which will be broadcast on the 18th.
In the main event, The Great Sasuke will have his first ever match against Noah wrestler, Naomichi Marufuji. The dream match for the NWA World Middleweight Championship is heating up.
(The article goes on to say that the event took place over two days. The first day saw CIMA vs Dos Caras, Big Japan's Men's Teoh in a title match, and SUWA (who is currently suspended from competing) having a grudge match with Tiger Mask)

JUN AKIYAMA TALKS ABOUT NOAH IN THE 21ST CENTURY
This advert appeared on the final page of the issue.
Jun Akiyama would be giving a talk over the course of four weeks (2nd October until the 29th October) on Noah.
Jumping on the emerging digital bandwagon, the talk would be available via digital magazines (available only in some regions of Japan), and only after the 30th October. The advert also said that J-PHONE was launching nationwide. This was like an early form of X (Twitter) in which you could get live updates on matches, and all the news. Quizzes were also available.
