Chronology

Vs Kaito Kiyomiya & Shuhei Taniguchi

AXIZ were celebrating their win (Go Shiozaki said "the titles have come back to where they belong"), when the team of Shuhei Taniguchi and Kaito Kiyomiya came to the ring and challenged for the titles.
Katsuhiko Nakajima had an agenda of his own though and there were certain terms that the challengers were going to have to agree to before he would grant them a title shot. Those terms were that it would be title for title, if the GHC Heavyweight champion was going to challenge the GHC Heavyweight tag team champions, then Nakajima wanted a title shot. Kiyomiya agreed to it (saying that it was his ambition to create a new scenery by saying that he wanted both the heavyweight belts). GHC Heavyweight title match has been sent for July 21st.

In early July, Noah announced that Go Shiozaki would miss two dates (the 7th and 12th), due to a knee injury. Fortunately, the injury didn't require surgery or any lengthy miss, as it seems that he has picked up a strain or a sprain. Katsuhiko Nakajima bought the two belts to the match against Kaito Kiyomiya (and Shuhei Taniguchi) on the 6th July in Niigata to the ring.
After the match, Kaito Kiyomiya and Shuhei Taniguchi were asked about Shiozaki's knee and whether or not they would make it a target. Kiyomiya (who couldn't imagine being so impolite to a senior, or really to anyone else), said that as a champion, there were times when you had to be emphatic.
Shuhei Taniguchi disagreed.

However, as soon as he turned 23, Kaito Kiyomiya seemed to undergo a shift. Gone was the mild mannered polite child who had said that a champion needed to be "emphatic", as when the next pre-match that pit AXIZ versus himself and Taniguchi came around, he attacked Shiozaki's knee, and in the title match, attacked his shoulder and arm, which Shiozaki had missed two dates with a dislocation with, throwing the whole title match (and match with Hideki Suzuki) into question.
With Shiozaki out, it was left for Nakajima to hold the fort for AXIZ against the challengers, and although he never took the direct win over Kiyomiya, matches usually ended in either himself pinning Taniguchi (as with the vertical spike), or Taniguchi making him tap out to the same move that had caused Shiozaki to tap the night his shoulder was dislocated. During this period, Nakajima came to the ring with the two tag belts, and to AXIZ's music.
Nakajima was worried about Shiozaki's return, but fortunately it went well, and Shiozaki (despite the taped knee and shoulder), said he was fine.

The title match was held not in a big city (as is the custom) and wasn't televised, instead it was held in the Mutsu Hotel venue in Aomori, North Japan. Noah had created a real "big match atmosphere" as one fan put it with the lights and music, and indeed watching the footage of what was available of the event, you get this impression. I am afraid that as it was not televised or streamed, I don't have any information about the match itself, but AXIZ retained the titles when Go Shiozaki pinned Shuhei Taniguchi following the lariat.

VS. The Return of The Dark Agents (Masao Inoue & Akitoshi Saito)

The Return of The Dark Agents came out to challenge AXIZ immediately after their successful title defense. Seemingly both Shiozaki and Nakajima found Inoue challenging hysterical, (as he is known to be Noah's bumbling old man who gets harassed by Sugiura and Marufuji with their cameras, repeatedly photographed at the urinal by Sugiura, has his food stolen, turns up on domestic flights with his belongings in a trash bag, not to mention the beloved MASAO WORLD), but they accepted the challenge and Nakajima set it for Noah's 19th anniversary of the 4th August 2019, "Departure".

AXIZ didn't really take Masao Inoue seriously at first (no one really does, Takashi Sugiura once had to grudgingly admit his worth during the fight against The Hooligans, and even Akitoshi Saito pokes fun at him), but they got a dose of what Inoue could do when in the first few minutes he sneak attack pinned Go Shiozaki and came very close to getting the three count. Korakuen screamed, Shiozaki kicked out and everyone looked relieved. At the start of the match there was the usual silliness, with Inoue playing the bumbling old vet (and he took a battering from AXIZ, getting both the kick\chop and the machine gun chops from Shiozaki), but in some parts of the match, especially the end, the specter of Inoue winning the titles for The Dark Agents reared its head again when he got Nakajima in the Argentina Backbreaker, and there was no one in the ring to help him as both Shiozaki and Saito (who appeared to have dyed one part of the ever present mullet lighter than the other, which made him look as if he was wearing a Davey Crockett hat), were outside the ring. The crowd screamed as it looked like Nakajima was going to quit BUT fortunately Shiozaki got in the ring and broke the move. After this, Nakajima realized that playtime was over, and a vertical spike on Inoue finished the match in 16 minutes and 31 seconds.

After doing the famous "lean", AXIZ left the ring. No challengers have come forward as of yet as the heavyweights are now focusing on the N-1 Victory.

Vs THE TOUGH (Masa Kitamiya & Yoshiki Inamura)

The next challengers for the GHC Heavyweight Tag Titles came in the form of Masa Kitamiya and Yoshiki Inamura. In the case of Inamura, this will be his first title challenge, and after the rave reviews he got for his match at Korakuen on the 3rd October against AXIZ and Kaito Kiyomiya, it is hard to believe that he is still only a little over a year in his career.
As Katsuhiko Nakajima lay on his back on the mat after taking the Saito Suplex, Kongoh glared down at him. Masa Kitamiya spoke on the microphone to say to his older brother, that ever since he had entered the Kensuke Office eight years ago, he had hated him, and that THE TOUGH (he wanted to make it clear it was them, not Kongoh) would be challenging for the titles. Match has been set for Sumo Hall on November 2nd.

In Yokohama on the 10th October, AXIZ entered into an uneasy partnership with Kaito Kiyomiya after they had saved him from being attacked by Kongoh. Standing together with Kiyomiya against their challengers, Nakajima stared at Kitamiya and did not look away (sadly Kitamiya did), while Shiozaki squared up to Inamura. In the case of Inamura and Shiozaki, Shiozaki looked as if he was asking the rookie what on earth he thought he was doing.
When Kongoh had gone (after a screaming promo from Kenoh), Kaito Kiyomiya offered a handshake to them both. Nakajima (after some hesitation) was the first to take Kiyomiya's hand, Shiozaki followed him, but tapped the best first before taking Kiyomiya up on his offer, no doubt Shiozaki echoed Nakajima when he said, that Kiyomiya should not think that they would all join together and prosper as a team, his eyes would always be on the GHC Heavyweight championship.

The feud with Kongoh was really between Nakajima and Kitamiya, and so after the match at Korakuen Hall on the 20th October (the second to last date if "Premium Prelude 2019"), was heightened by Nakajima when after the main event (in which Kaito Kiyomiya pinned Yoshiki Inamura), he spoke on the microphone to say (sarcastically) that ever since Kitamiya entered the Kensuke Office, he had loved him, no in fact he had loved him since he was born.
Kitamiya, who knew that Nakajima was being sarcastic (having teamed with him and seen it first hand), told him to knock it off and stop trying to poke fun at him, and at Sumo Hall he and Yoshiki Inamura would take the tag belts from AXIZ.

During the title match, Kitamiya was knocked outside the ring where he spent a large amount of time, giving the exposure to Noah's homegrown tank, Yoshiki Inamura, to hold his own against AXIZ (Inamura has developed a kind of rush attack where he runs at an opponent, and launches them in the air before throwing them against the turnbuckles), although he pretty much held his own against them, it was Inamura who was pinned via the vertical spike by Katsuhiko Nakajima after 17 minutes and 2 seconds.
Afterwards, Go Shiozaki said that to AXIZ, this match has strengthened the bonds and the love between them, to an extent that he did not think was possible.

At the fallout show in Osaka on the 9th November, Kumaxiz (Hitoshi Kumano is a member of the team), teamed together (along with Shuhei Taniguchi) to take on The Sugiura Army (Takashi Sugiura, Hideki Suzuki, Hajime Ohara and Kazuyuki Fujita). During the match, Hajime Ohara made the mistake of slapping Katsuhiko Nakajima, and he was kicked round the head very hard for his trouble. However, the real beef was between Suzuki and Fujita and AXIZ.
After the match, Katsujko Nakajima got on the microphone and said sarcastically to Fujita that in case he either forgot, or was not made aware, standing in front of him was Katsuhiko Nakajima, and standing next to him was Go Shiozaki.
Nakajima didn't get much further than that, as Fujita hit him in around the face, which signaled a brawl between Hideki Suzuki and himself with AXIZ. Afterwards, Suzuki and Fujita stole the tag belts.
No formal challenge has been made at the time of writing.

VS Naomichi Marufuji & Masaaki Mochizuki

The title challenge was a surprise to everyone, as it was held on Noah's secret card event on 5th January 2020. No one had any idea that there was even going to be a title challenge on the card, and as far as the fans were concerned the belts had been rumored to be challenged for by The Sugiura Army. The match was fast and exciting, especially the interactions between Naomichi Marufuji and Go Shiozaki (Marufuji at one point did a thrust kick through Shiozaki's legs and hit him in the face).

AXIZ lost the GHC heavyweight tag championships by a fluke, Go Shiozaki had his back to Katsuhiko Nakajima and Masaaki Mochizuki keeping Naomichi Marufuji out of the ring while Nakajima went for the pin, when Mochizuki reversed it, Nakajima struggled, the crowd screamed, but it was too late. Shiozaki noticed too late.
