(NOAH) Tadasuke on "Satoko's Room"
April 23rd 2019

"Cute Satoko"
The show starts with Satoko making a moustache out of her hair, before introducing "Satoko and friends" and today's guest, who is Tadasuke. Tadasuke is already drunk and waving a bottle of Zanpa around. Zanpa is an alcoholic drink from Okinawa, and as we know from Tadasuke's 2020 live drunk Instagrams, this is his drink of choice. Satoko, knowing Tadasuke can get very very drunk on this, sensibly takes it off of him after Tadasuke finishes playing peekaboo from behind the bottle, and places it on the table where it remains untouched. So, after a big round of applause, Tadasuke bids everyone good evening and thank you.
Today's event has sound problems with the audio alternating between either too quiet, too loud (you can hear frying coming from the kitchen) or just right, and because of this I am not too sure why Satoko points to the ceiling and starts singing the theme from "Spiderman", but Tadasuke imitates his web slinging.
As Tadasuke made his debut on the 29th April 2007, an early celebration for the anniversary is held and the first of two bottles of Moet champagne is bought out, and for some reason the round wire which is taken off the top is likened to Marufuji (I'm not going to question anything on this show). Satoko pretended to open the cork facing Tadasuke, who jumps when it does pop off and a toast is made. In ladylike fashion Satoko sips hers (I get the impression that she doesn't like champagne very much, or else its too cold for her as she shrieks after swallowing some), but like the Dove boy he is, Tadasuke downs his all in one go and gets an immediate refill. Someone points out to Tadasuke that he is meant to sip it. Tadasuke says drunkenly after a pause, "Yes, that's right".
Tadasuke asked about his debut, and they talk about the zodiac which Tadasuke counts through the twelve animals on his hands. It turns out this his January zodiac is the Ox (although I think he was born in the hour of the monkey), but his debut made him a Tiger as it was in April. Tadasuke says he is a true tiger because he has the tiger stripes on his head (it's his hair showing through his peroxide), and rhyming "Tiger" with "Lyger" Satoko sings "Jushin Thunder Tadasuke". Tadasuke then downs his second glass of champagne, while Satoko is still on her first. Satoko sings "make it last". After this Tadasuke pours what is left for Satoko, and she pours the tiny dribble at the bottom for him. She has had one glass, Tadasuke has drunk the rest.
So aside from computer games and drinking, Tadasuke loves reading and is one of Noah's bookworms, the other being Masao Inoue (Masa Kitamiya may also be one as I believe he reads Yukio Mishima and is somewhat of a history buff). Tadasuke is great friends with Inoue, and they often go out drinking together. A fan on YouTube wants to know Tadasuke's favorite author. Tadasuke says it is Japan's most popular, Tetsuya Honda (he writes detective, mystery and suspense stories), Satoko jokes that it's Keisuke Honda, who is a footballer, and as far as I know hasn't written any books. Tadasuke likes the book "Strawberry Night" especially, which Satoko turns into "Strawberry Fields Forever".
Food is served; a plate of chips and a whole egg in a curry (Oshima who was on the chat says that they should have served Shiranui curry). Tadasuke starts with the chips, dipping it into the curry and then feeds Satoko a chip, which she seductively sucks down. While Tadasuke tucks in to the curry and shoves the whole egg in his mouth its time for the "PRO WRESTLING NOAH INFORMATION" part of the show where Royal decides for some reason to spell out "NOAH", he gets corrected on "N" (someone screaming "N"). The Global Tag League 2019 dates for "Great Navig" are also read out with his pronunciation of "Navig" corrected by Tadasuke emphasizing the "G" for him (Tadasuke has good grasp of reading and understanding English). For "Noah The Spirit 2019", Royale changes "Spirit" to "Heart" (Kokori), which ends at the Yamada Green Dome, and gets a cheer from Satoko.
Tadasuke's biography and career rundown is also read out, including date of birth, real name, place of birth (Kyoto). He debuted in Osaka Pro on the 29th April 2007, title history read out (Tadasuke held a lot of championships in Osaka Pro, being the 29th generation champion in both singles and tag, he was also in the 32nd and 33rd champion). He held no titles in Dove, and would not hold a title in Noah until 2020, which was brief. At the bottom of the page is Tadasuke's Twitter address, Tadasuke explains the reasons for his address being "td777sk", as it is pronounced "Ta-da-shi-ke" (it's pretty much the sound that "seven" is pronounced in Japanese, "shichi"), so its a wordplay.
Then it's time for the superimposed heads to be shown. Tadasuke's head has been imposed on Kenoh's (not that anyone did this to Kenoh when he was on the show), sadly, the head has been stuck a little off the neck (something Satoko picks up on), the next picture is Daisuke Harada which works better. The Quiet Storm one doesn't work well as Tadasuke's head is too small (it's labeled "50 cm Tadasuke")
Satoko asks Tadasuke what he thought of that last session, Tadasuke laughs and says "beautiful".
A second bottle of Moet is bought in, and you can see an interesting difference here in how they pour the drinks. Satoko has a more Western way of pouring, while Tadasuke rests the bottom of the bottle in his palm, and pours like a Geisha. Tadasuke sips it this time, doesn't down it like last time.
Tadasuke is addressed as "Okasan" by Satoko, so why is he called "Okasan"? Why not older brother (as is more common) Satoko asks? Tadasuke says it was either that or "Aunt". I couldn't really get much as the volume decides to switch in and out BUT I think it's because when he gets drunk he puts his hair into womanish fashions i.e. pigtails, plaits etc. Tadasuke takes his hand down to demonstrate, and a hand appears behind him which caresses it.
Next month's guest is Kotaro Suzuki, Tadasuke's mortal enemy from the rival group, "STINGER", and who is going to come on the show even more drunk than he is, despite the fact that Tadasuke is grinning, and rocking backwards and forwards. Satoko starts a drinking song about Sake, and Tadasuke finishes off but then he starts singing on his own (always a sign he is a very drunk) using his champagne glass as a microphone, everyone claps along. He is then asked his favorite song, but he doesn't remember it well, it's theme from "Super Dragon Ball" which he attempts to sing. Then it's dance time with Satoko after Tadasuke's drunken end of show message, which he stops halfway through as he doesn't remember what he's saying.
