(NOAH CHRONOLOGY) GHC JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT TAG CHAMPIONSHIP: PERROS DE MAL DEL JAPON (EITA & NOSAWA RONGAI)

Won:  "GRAND SQUARE in Osaka 2021", Osaka Edion Arena, 10th October.
Number of title reigns (as a team): 0
Number of defenses: 1
Lost: LEC Cleanup! Presents Noah The Best 2021, Sunday November 28th, Yoyogi National Stadium Second Gymnasium
Total number of days held: 50

NOSAWA said they weren't interested in defending the belts against any of Noah, and told Eita to bring someone from DragonGate. This is interesting given that just yesterday, Kenoh and Haoh went to DragonGate and challenged for the tag titles.

Challengers
1. Kota Minoura and Jason Lee
2. STINGER (HAYATA & Yoshinari Ogawa)

VS Kota Minoura and Jason Lee

Minoura and Lee challenged Eita and NOSAWA at "THE GATE OF VICTORY 2021" in Fukuoka. The arrangements with Noah are being made through the DRAGONGATE GM Ryo Saito. The title match was announced for the 5th November 2021 at Korakuen Hall. Eita labelled his challengers as "shit" as they made no comment about the challenge, no provocation, fighting words etc.

Title challenge
This is not the first time that the junior tag belts have been defended in DRAGONGATE. DRAGONGATE and Noah have had a long history together, specifically during what was known as Noah's "Golden Era". The tag belts were twice defended in 2007 and then again twice in 2008. Kotaro Suzuki had been the champion in 2007 when he had teamed with Ricky Marvin to defend against Yoshino and Doi.

Eita started the match with the usual antics, tagging in NOSAWA as soon as he could. NOSAWA, who was loving being an invading heel, loved no selling his opponents and as ever was antagonizing the long suffering Noah referee, who told him the match was being conducted by Noah rules and therefore no, he couldn't punch with a closed fist. Then of course he started being silly about tagging in Eita when the opponents managed to hurt his ribs. Eita knew Minoura and Lee better than NOSAWA, and it must be said that they did come close to bringing the belts to DRAGONGATE, but it was NOSAWA who got the win with the La Magistral. Despite their threats, the Noah Junior Regular army did not come to the ring and challenge for the titles, although they were undoubtedly watching the result.
As the two teams faced each other, NOSAWA spoke on the microphone first and said to Eita that as no one was going to be coming out to challenge them, he was going to nominate Real Hazard (disbanded March 2010), which he changed to Muscle Outlaw'z (broke up 2008). Eita told NOSAWA that no, that was no good, it was too long ago and things have progressed until then. NOSAWA said he liked the DRAGONGATE fans better, they applauded him. Despite the fact that Eita had earlier put his opponents on blast by calling them "shit challengers" who had never made any kind of fighting words towards him, he was kinder when he spoke to them after the match, saying he was grateful that they had challenged for the belts. Kota and Lee later hinted that this wasn't over, they would be making a further challenge along the line.

Backstage NOSAWA commissioned Eita to find another team (he said he wanted Real Hazard, but again Eita explained that was too long ago and was not possible), preferably a young team with dreams and a future he could crush. As fans left Korakuen Hall, both Noah GHC and DRAGONGATE trended in Tokyo.

STINGER (Yoshinari Ogawa, Seiki Yoshioka & Yuya Susumu) vs Perros De Mal Del Japon (NOSAWA Rongai, Eita & Kotaro Suzuki)

As each of Perros De Mal Del Japon came to the ring holding two 2L bottles of water, Yuya Susumu called them the "Water Shop". "Water Cooler vendor" might be a better translation for Western readers. Ironically, it was Kotaro Suzuki who posed with his on the turnbuckle. Kotaro is the one who (understandably) seems to have a hard time watching the humiliation of Yoshinari Ogawa when Eita pours water over him.  Ogawa wanted to start with Eita, and so after some discussions with his teammates, Eita did but when he tried to tag out almost immediately, his teammates wouldn't let him.
Eita wanted Ogawa, and therefore his teammates were going to let him get Ogawa. NOSAWA eventually decided to tag in, then he hopped over to Kotaro and tagged him in. Ogawa, seeing as how he was going to have to hate and wait, tagged in Susumu and finally the match began.
It was a match of bitterness. NOSAWA attempted to improve the atmosphere by offering a handshake to Ogawa, but this was met with a kick to the gut.

Eita found that he could not run from Ogawa forever, if Ogawa cannot get you in the ring, he can certainly get you outside of it and Eita kept running. For once it was not Kotaro Suzuki who was making Ogawa see red. Ogawa did eventually capture his prey, and there were times inevitably when Susumu and Yoshioka were kept away and the two of them were left to fight. Trust Eita though to go and end the match by a chair shot on Ogawa.

WINNER: Yoshinari Ogawa over NOSAWA Rongai thanks to Eita using a foreign object (11 minutes, 35 seconds)

As Susumu could be seen outside the ring battering Perros with a chair, Ogawa was inventive in his revenge. He trapped NOSAWA on the ropes and then turned to deal with Eita who he put into a submission. Everyone else was engaged in fighting everyone else, so YO-HEY came to the rescue and was knocked on his back by a kick from Yoshioka. With STINGER back in the ring and Perros lying on the canvas or outside the ring, Ogawa held up the Junior Tag belts and then left with them. Perhaps those belts weren't as "garbage" as NOSAWA and Eita had made them out to be as they both looked pretty shocked about them being gone. There was probably also an element of shock as to how Yoshinari Ogawa had taken them both out, and he didn't need anything other than his head to humiliate them.

Ogawa must have left the belts backstage somewhere as Perros appeared in the interview area with them, as they had them when Yasutaka Yano came to challenge on the belts on behalf of himself and Yoshinari Ogawa. It is generally accepted now that Yano has probably joined STINGER, which would make sense as fans say he is Ogawa's favorite pupil. NOSAWA told him that he wasn't interested in defending the belts against Ogawa and Yano, if Ogawa wanted to challenge, then he had better do it with HAYATA....but he would give Yano a one on two match, he and Ogawa vs himself.

Then poor Yano found himself drenched in 6 liters of water, beaten up and left on the floor with ripped clothing (Eita even decided to pull his pants down).

No touch tag rule
In an interview (see links below under vs STINGER), Yoshinari Ogawa stated that he would be happy to do a no touch tag match, which would suit Eita as he was used to those rules. Ogawa admitted that he had never done one before, but it wasn't going to stop him trying it. NOSAWA and Eita agreed to it, with NOSAWA saying that if Noah don't then it's quite simple, he won't do the match. Personally, I think Eita and NOSAWA should be more careful about Ogawa suggesting something that will not benefit him seemingly.

PREMIUM PRELUDE 2021 - Niigata / Bandaijima Multipurpose Plaza Large Kama (Tuesday 23rd November)
*Not really a pre-match, but it ties into the story*

HANDICAP MATCH
NOSAWA Rongai vs Yoshinari Ogawa & Yasutaka Yano

Much to Yoshinari Ogawa's dismay (but to be honest, something he probably expected), Perros Del Mal De Japon where lying in wait at ringside and naturally they couldn't stay off the apron which caused both the referee and Ogawa to intervene at times. NOSAWA swung the match between taunting Ogawa and dealing with Yasutaka Yano. Ogawa, as ever, turned a crotch kick by NOSAWA to his advantage by distracting the referee so that he couldn't count the pin NOSAWA had on Yano, but again Yano (with a little help from Ogawa) was going to turn the tables and pick up his second big win.

WINNER: Yasutaka Yano with the forwards pin (9 minutes, 34 seconds)

Yoshinari Ogawa picked up the tag belts, which was like blowing a dog whistle which triggered an attack from Perros. Yano was knocked down in the melee with one of the tag belts by NOSAWA, who while Ogawa was being held back, produced a pair of scissors and made snipping motions towards him. It was thought at first that he was going to cut Ogawa's hair. but no he cut some of Yano's. HAYATA came out with a chair and chased everyone off and then checked on Yano. Ogawa threw Yano out of the ring, and he left he with STINGER as behind them NOSAWA remained snapping the scissors at their backs. When STINGER had gone, NOSAWA posed with Perros with his foot on the belts. The title match will be this Sunday in Yoyogi.

Yasutaka Yano later posted a picture of his new "haircut" on his Twitter, and has told NOSAWA that as he's the one with the wins, he will gladly have a match with him (he's one of the rare Noah Born who are cheeky), but there was to be no tag or handicap match this time, he wanted a singles. NOSAWA is yet to respond.

Title match
LEC Cleanup! Presents Noah The Best 2021
Sunday November 28th, Yoyogi National Stadium Second Gymnasium

All of Perros came out to the ring (they move in a pack) with NOSAWA making a point of standing on the tag belt as they entered. The match started not in the way a tag championship match anywhere else would start, but in true time honored Noah Junior style - a melee fight where no one waits for the belt and the referee can only protest to the air.

The rules of the match were meant to be done under the No Touch tag rules, but Yoshinari Ogawa could be seen tagging HAYATA in and vice versa. I think the two of them probably just forgot. NOSAWA didn't, and started in an already wild match by jumping in and out of the ring making Eita the legal man one moment and then not the next. Ogawa grew tired of this in a very short period of time, and attacked him regardless. NOSAWA also became acquainted with Ogawa's boot when it was driven into his face. HAYATA added to the chaos in a match where the rules just flew out of the window in a division where legal tags don't really exist as everyone tends to storm the ring on whim, by making out that Eita was up to something to he could help Ogawa out and attack NOSAWA. The advantage swung between Perros and STINGER swiftly with the pins constantly being broken. Something, anything had to give and Ogawa did this by playing Eita at his own game by hanging him on the ropes and getting him counted out.

WINNER: STINGER due to count out (13 minutes, 59 seconds)
